Hi!
I was wondering what property values were doing there. I have a 3.5 acre parcel right on US-70 about a mile inside the west border of Cumberland County. (the county appraised it at $20K) It's been in our family for three generations and I'm thinking of selling.
Who would I contact to find out what I could get for it???
